Carvana is hiring an experienced Auto Painter ($6,000 bonus) responsible for advanced painting and finish work. The role focuses on painting with base/tri/solid/metallic/clear coats, blending adjacent panels, and paint correcting vehicles, with mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Technical Overview
You will perform high-skill automotive paint application using base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats, and execute paint correction workflows including panel blending. Work is performed in Carvana high-tech inspection centers.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced auto painter with at least 5 years of professional automotive painting experience. They are highly skilled in painting (base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats), blending adjacent panels, and paint correcting vehicles, and can reliably work mandatory overtime based on business needs.
