About this role
Carvana is hiring an Auto Painter to paint-ready vehicles by priming and sanding, then completing finishing work such as buffing, touch-up, paint mixing, and airbrush application. The role includes the expectation of working mandatory overtime when business needs require it.

Technical Overview
The scope is entry-level automotive painting preparation and finishing: prime vehicles, perform final sanding before painting, and execute buffing, touch-up, paint mixing, and airbrush tasks. Work is performed using state of the art tools at Carvana Inspection Centers.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a painter with at least 1 year of professional automotive painting experience. They can prime vehicles and complete final sanding prior to painting, and they are skilled with buffing, touch-up, paint mixing, and airbrush work while being willing to work mandatory overtime as needed.
