About this role
Carvana is hiring an Automotive Mechanic / Brake & Tire Technician to perform light maintenance and repairs in its inspection centers. The role focuses on brake and tire service plus routine inspections/maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform light maintenance or repairs including changing brakes and tires
- Conduct routine inspections/maintenance technician services
- Perform basic mechanical repair for brake pads/calipers/rotors
- Install tires and support reconditioning needs
- Support wheel alignment work
Technical Overview
Hands-on automotive mechanical work performing brake pad/caliper/rotor service, tire installation, and wheel alignments. Work is performed using state-of-the-art tools in a high-tech inspection center setting.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level automotive technician with at least 1 year of professional automotive repair experience. They are comfortable performing light maintenance, including brake and tire work, and completing routine inspections/maintenance in a high-volume inspection center environment.
