The ideal candidate is an experienced Automotive Technician/Mechanic (flag technician) who is a Master or Certified Technician, with strong diagnostic and repair skills across brakes, electrical/electronic systems, and engine performance. They hold ASE certification(s) or equivalent, have basic computer skills, communicate clearly with customers, and consistently focus on providing an exceptional client experience while meeting targeted goals.
