BMW of Atlantic City is seeking experienced Automotive Flag Technicians to perform high-quality repairs and provide a great customer experience. The role emphasizes strong diagnostic capability, clear communication, and goal-focused performance.

Technical Overview
The position is focused on hands-on automotive diagnostics and repair work, including brakes, electrical/electronic systems, and engine performance. Basic computer skills are required, and candidates should be ASE-certified (preferred) and tool-experienced.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced Automotive Technician/Mechanic (flag technician) who is a Master or Certified Technician, with strong diagnostic and repair skills across brakes, electrical/electronic systems, and engine performance. They hold ASE certification(s) or equivalent, have basic computer skills, communicate clearly with customers, and consistently focus on providing an exceptional client experience while meeting targeted goals.
