About this role
This role provides corporate meeting support for audio and video teleconferencing and advanced AV and end-user application troubleshooting. The specialist schedules AV classroom resources, maintains AV inventory, supports Zoom and Verizon Contact Center solutions, and liaises with IT and outside vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up audio and video production equipment and assist with technical questions
- Schedule classrooms and common space resources for corporate events
- Support, monitor, test, and troubleshoot AV hardware/software issues
- Support Zoom and Verizon Contact Center for enterprise video and call distribution
- Maintain AV inventory and train others on AV utilization
Technical Overview
You will troubleshoot AV infrastructure by supporting both AV hardware and software, research upgrades, and provide advanced technical liaison support for assigned functional areas. The environment includes enterprise video collaboration (Zoom) and an automatic call distribution phone solution (Verizon Contact Center), plus workstation hardware/software and network access preparation.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting audio and video teleconferencing and AV infrastructure under limited supervision. They should be comfortable troubleshooting both hardware and software, scheduling and supporting classroom AV resources, and providing advanced support for enterprise solutions like Zoom and Verizon Contact Center.
