AV Field Technician supporting installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of audiovisual systems in medical simulation devices across the Northeast with regional travel.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and troubleshoot AV components on patient simulator devices
Diagnose issues with AV systems and connectivity
Work with networked systems for proper device communication
On-site technical support and end-user training
Document issues and client interactions

Technical Overview

Hands-on AV systems, including monitors, audio, video, and device connectivity; basic networking; experience with Dante/AVB protocols; Windows operating systems; independent client-facing work

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a technically capable field technician with 2-5 years of hands-on AV experience, able to configure and troubleshoot networked AV systems in client-facing environments, and comfortable regional travel with a valid driver's license.
