About this role
The Avionics/Mods Sales Manager is responsible for driving profitability in the US Service Network by developing markets and selling aircraft modifications. The role leads the sales process, grows an aftermarket mod pipeline, coordinates with innovation and marketing teams, and delivers regular sales reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive profitability through US service network market development
- Develop marketing strategies with Innovation Team and Customer Service Marketing
- Monitor and grow aftermarket mod pipeline and leads
- Plan sales initiatives, customer events, and promotions to drive service center business
- Provide sales trend reporting and benchmark service network performance
Technical Overview
This is not a software/IT role. The technical scope is focused on avionics/aircraft modification sales strategy, competitive benchmarking, and pipeline/reporting execution across Citation, Hawker, and Beechcraft service centers.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a sales leader experienced driving modification and aftermarket avionics revenue across a service network. They can build an aftermarket mod pipeline, develop marketing plans with innovation teams, close high-value deals, and deliver periodic sales reporting with strong customer and service center relationships.
