About this role

Senior executive role leading Hartford's enterprise BI and Generative AI initiatives. Responsible for defining enterprise GenBI strategy, modernizing BI platforms, and delivering AI-enabled analytics across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute multi-year GenBI strategy
  • Modernize BI platforms and establish GenBI Center of Excellence
  • Build and lead GenBI team
  • Manage Third Party Data strategy and data ingestion
  • Deliver GenAI-powered BI solutions including real-time dashboards and NLP reporting
