Key Responsibilities

Own PFML product lifecycle across 14+ states; monitor legislation and regulatory guidance; liaise with regulators and trade groups; coordinate pricing, filings, and forecasting; drive operational readiness and training materials

Technical Overview

Focus on legislative analysis, regulatory filings, pricing, and coordination with TPAs and regulators; hybrid work model with requiring travel.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an experienced AVP with 10+ years in statutory benefits and PFML programs, strong regulatory acumen, and proven cross-functional leadership to drive multi-state PFML programs and partner ecosystems.
