About this role
This role is responsible for creating and executing AWS ISV account strategy while leading extended teams to grow both the customer and AWS. The account manager sells strategically at the C-level, drives customer acceptance and service implementation, and exceeds annual revenue and win targets through coordinated Go-To-Market execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute account strategy for ISV customers
- Lead extended team to grow customer and AWS
- Sell strategically at C-level and implement plans for customer acceptance and service implementation
- Exceed annual revenue and win targets through account plans and GTM programs
- Engage and direct functional teams (demand generation) to maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Technical Overview
The technical scope emphasizes public cloud technical acumen to guide ISV customers through cloud and AI adoption. You will collaborate with AWS Solution Architect and Support resources to deliver service implementation and drive customer outcomes.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior-level account manager in AWS ISV sales with a strong background building and nurturing senior relationships with complex customers. They bring hands-on new opportunity development experience, public cloud technical acumen, and the ability to execute account strategy and GTM programs to drive high-revenue growth and customer acceptance.
