Retail Department Supervisor overseeing back-end and front-end operations in a Lowe's store, leading a team to deliver strong customer service and operational efficiency, including payroll, safety, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversees and drives efficiencies in back-end operational activities (receiving and stocking inventory, assembling product, controlling freight flow)
- Ensures products are stocked and fronted according to planograms
- Drives payroll closeout process
- Researches shortages or overages, deposits cash in the bank, and handles register pulls and loans
- Provides coaching, performance feedback, and development for associates
Technical Overview
Primarily non-technical; utilizes store systems (Project Tool, Genesis, Sterling, M2O, Thin Client) for operations, payroll, and inventory tasks.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid- to senior-level retail operations supervisor with proven leadership in back-end and front-end store processes, able to coach teams, manage payroll closeout, and ensure operational excellence in a high-volume retail environment.
Must-Have Skills
