About this role
The Bartender provides family-style, guest-focused beverage service while maintaining upbeat, friendly interactions. The role includes operating a cash register/POS (MICROS), promoting Caesars Rewards, and resolving issues using the Service Recovery process.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ordered drinks with proper portions and ingredients
- Operate cash register or POS system (MICROS or other POS systems)
- Promote Caesars Rewards registration and membership
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene per guidelines
- Use the Service Recovery process to resolve guest issues
Technical Overview
The work relies on accurate POS/cash register transactions using MICROS (or other POS systems) and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and iOS devices. It also includes compliance-based alcohol monitoring and following PRIDE certification guidelines.
