About this role
This role evaluates and analyzes group health and life insurance contracts and supports internal sales by developing RFPs and marketing presentations. You will maintain client records in management systems and use technology (including API’s and digital tools) to optimize quoting and workflow efficiency.

Technical Overview
The position is analytics- and operations-focused within benefits marketing, leveraging advanced Excel, digital tools, client management systems, and API’s to streamline quoting and workflow. You will troubleshoot documentation and process quality to support accurate, timely sales decisioning.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in group health and life insurance and can evaluate carrier and client insurance contracts to produce strategic recommendations. They are highly detail-oriented, advanced in Excel, and can build RFPs and marketing presentations while using API’s and digital tools to optimize quoting and workflow efficiency.
