Rockwell Automation seeks an all-round BI Analyst to design, implement, and maintain Power BI and Microsoft Power Platform solutions used globally. The role partners with SMEs to translate requirements into production-ready analytics and automation, using Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement Power BI solutions and support them globally
Gather cross-functional requirements and translate into Power platform solutions
Build custom solutions using Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps
Write SQL queries and work with SQL Server database tables
Perform software design, debugging, testing, and deployment while maintaining architecture/source-code documentation

Technical Overview

You will build end-to-end Power BI solutions and Power Platform apps using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint Lists, with SQL Server and Azure SQL Server as backend data sources. Responsibilities include understanding current architecture, developing complex applications, and performing debug/test/deploy with strong documentation.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an experienced BI Analyst who is hands-on with Power BI and the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. They have strong SQL Server skills (including SQL query writing) and have built and maintained end-to-end analytics and automation solutions using Agile practices.
