This role serves as a Human Resources Business Partner supporting plant management human resources activities. Responsibilities include employee relations support, progressive discipline administration, recruiting and training, and compensation and benefits oversight, along with maintaining HR-related safety records.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel plant managers, supervisors, and employees on HR activities
- Support recruiting, screening, interviewing, hiring, and promoting employees
- Advise on employee relations issues, complaints, and terminations with fair progressive discipline
- Conduct orientation and HR-related training programs
- Oversee compensation, benefits, vacation, sick leave, and absence programs
Technical Overview
