About this role
Leads a BI/Analytics team within AWS Training and Certification to deliver KPI-driven insights and analytics, with GenAI-forward enhancements. Oversees data infrastructure, self-service reporting, forecasting, and partnering with multiple stakeholders for strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 5-10 BI and data engineers
- Define and execute a long-term BI strategy with GenAI integration
- Drive GenAI adoption across BI workflows
- Create advanced metrics, reporting platforms, and predictive models
- Partner with stakeholders to establish a single source of truth
Technical Overview
Stack includes SQL, Tableau, Amazon QuickSight, Generative AI/GenAI, AI/ML, LLM, and data modeling for forecasting and predictive analytics; emphasizes building robust data infrastructure and production-grade analytics.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-to-senior level BI leader with 7+ years of BI/analytics experience and 3+ years of people management, proficient in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, QuickSight), and capable of integrating Generative AI into BI workflows to accelerate insights.
