About this role
This role leads HR strategy and oversees HR operations for the Central Texas Area/Market, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with employment laws. The Human Resources Manager manages key HR functions including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, employee relations, compliance, and training, while partnering with leadership to improve engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement HR programs and initiatives for business objectives and regulatory compliance
- Partner with facility leadership on workforce planning, talent development, and succession strategies
- Oversee recruitment and selection for key roles and coach managers
- Manage employee relations including investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective actions
- Monitor HR metrics (turnover, retention, engagement) and recommend performance improvement strategies
