About this role
This role is a clerical billing/service position focused on organizing and filing customer documents for historical record keeping. It also includes receipting funds, making deposits, assisting customers with cash-out, and processing paperwork on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, organize and file all customer document's for historical record keeping
- File documents in the service and accounting departments
- Maintain all historical records for the dealership in an orderly fashion
- Assist in daily receipting of funds and deposits
- Process paperwork on a timely basis
Technical Overview
The work is primarily office-based, requiring operation of office equipment and basic use of computer systems for documentation and paperwork processing. Emphasis is on accuracy, record management, and timely task execution.
