About this role

Lead and govern electrical BIM operations, standards, and delivery workflows for DLB Associates. You will oversee tool adoption and ensure model QA/QC, while mentoring BIM users and aligning electrical BIM execution with firmwide digital design coordination goals.

Key Responsibilities

Define BIM strategies with senior/executive leadership
Develop and enforce electrical BIM standards and templates
Drive adoption of Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, and CDE platforms
Oversee BIM operations and establish QA/QC workflows
Mentor BIM Leads and support digital transformation initiatives

Technical scope centers on BIM strategy and governance for the electrical discipline, including Revit/Navisworks/Dynamo workflows and CDE platforms, supported by QA/QC model processes, data management, and change management for BIM performance improvements.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an experienced BIM leader focused on the electrical discipline, capable of setting BIM strategy, enforcing electrical BIM standards, and driving adoption of tools like Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, and CDE platforms. They also have strong QA/QC leadership experience for models, deliverables, and data management, along with the ability to mentor and grow electrical BIM users.
