Coordinate end-to-end biotech shipments under UPS Healthcare Precision Logistics. Ensure cold-chain compliance, manage documentation, and monitor shipments using Maestro and GPS while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily cell & gene shipment operations
Monitor Maestro milestones
Review client operating procedures
Ensure PODs are recorded in time
Monitor weather and delays

Technical Overview

Deep knowledge of cold chain logistics, chain of custody, and dangerous goods shipping; proficient with Maestro and MS Office tools; able to work on-site with flexible hours.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a biotech logistics professional with cell & gene shipping experience, strong grasp of cold chain and chain of custody, and proficiency with Maestro and MS Office. They must be able to work on-site with flexibility and communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
