About this role

Coordinate end-to-end biotech shipments (cell & gene) for Marken under UPS Healthcare Precision Logistics. Monitor regulatory compliance and documentation, leverage Maestro and GPS tracking to ensure on-time delivery, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily operations with Marken and LSPs
Review client SOPs and COPs
Ensure all PODs are recorded on time
Monitor Maestro milestones and dashboards
Provide daily transport issue reports

Technical Overview

Strong knowledge of cold chain logistics, chain of custody, dangerous goods shipping; proficient with Maestro, GPS tracking, COPs/SOPs, and MS Office suite.

The ideal candidate is a logistics professional with biotech shipping experience, strong knowledge of cold chain, chain of custody, and dangerous goods. They should be proficient with Maestro and MS Office, able to coordinate with global teams, and communicate effectively under tight regulatory requirements.
