About this role

BXMA Product Control is responsible for managing risk across the platform with emphasis on regulatory reporting and ORM. The role focuses on core regulator filings, with additional duties including SOX/SOC1 oversight and data governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the platform's core regulatory reporting to regulators
  • Partnering with Legal and Compliance on new fund launches
  • Assistance with Form ADV, RAUM, AIFMD disclosures
  • Implement ORM regulatory reporting initiatives
  • Lead SOC1 & SOX compliance oversight

Technical Overview

Expertise in regulatory filings and governance, strong Excel skills, and experience with private equity fund structures and related reporting.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior regulatory reporting professional with 5+ years of experience, strong knowledge of Form PF/CPO-PQR/Form PFS and other filings, and advanced Excel skills for data governance and reporting.
