SCC Soft Computer is offering a training position for ATSS to pass the certification examination and advance to TSS. The trainee will support Blood Bank and Donor system issues, document work in a case management system (STAR/TMS), perform preliminary troubleshooting, and escalate as needed while maintaining FDA and HIPAA compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot Blood Bank/Donor system issues using provided tools
Document tasks and actions in STAR/TMS
Assign criticality and escalate unresolved issues to Tier 3 Support
Maintain FDA compliance (Risk To Health processing, complaint handling, HIPAA policies)
Provide timely client status updates and follow-ups

Technical Overview

This is an application support role focused on primarily system-critical or non-complex issues for Blood Bank/Donor domains. The trainee uses provided tools for troubleshooting, searches online manuals/helpdesk for resolution, and manages client communications and documentation through STAR/TMS, escalating unresolved issues to Tier 3 Support (Senior TSS).
