About this role
Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) provides ABA services under supervision, develops treatment plans, and monitors client progress. The role includes data collection/analysis, supervising RBTs/BTs, and collaboration with families and the clinical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide behavior-analytic services under supervision
- Assist with treatment plans, assessments, and BIPs
- Support and supervise RBTs with feedback and training
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress
- Collaborate with families and team
Technical Overview
Clinical/behavioral analysis scope with emphasis on ABA service delivery, data collection, and treatment planning.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a BCaBA with at least 6 months of autism-related experience, able to supervise RBTs, and proficient in data collection/analysis using Motivity or Aloha. They should thrive in a hybrid setting and collaborate closely with families and clinical teams.
