About this role

Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) provides ABA services under supervision, develops treatment plans, and monitors client progress. The role includes data collection/analysis, supervising RBTs/BTs, and collaboration with families and the clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide behavior-analytic services under supervision
Assist with treatment plans, assessments, and BIPs
Support and supervise RBTs with feedback and training
Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress
Collaborate with families and team

Technical Overview

Clinical/behavioral analysis scope with emphasis on ABA service delivery, data collection, and treatment planning.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a BCaBA with at least 6 months of autism-related experience, able to supervise RBTs, and proficient in data collection/analysis using Motivity or Aloha. They should thrive in a hybrid setting and collaborate closely with families and clinical teams.

Must-Have Skills
