About this role
Provides administrative support to Edward Jones financial advisors and a branch team, helping manage client accounts and deliver a high-quality client experience. Owns scheduling, meeting preparation, and marketing activities to support branch goals and the annual business plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Client service via calls/email/in person interactions
- Account opening, transfers, and client records maintenance
- Scheduling and meeting preparation
- Supporting marketing activities and events
- Updating SOPs and contributing to branch business plan
Technical Overview
Primarily uses Salesforce, MoneyGuide, and Microsoft Office for client data, scheduling, and reporting. Focus is on CRM and planning-tool usage with no coding; emphasis on CRM and planning tools to support client service.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level administrative professional with strong client service focus and ability to manage multiple tasks. Experience supporting financial advisors or in a banking/wealth management environment, proficient with Salesforce and MoneyGuide, and capable of delivering personalized client service.
