About this role
Lead Loan Officers in a Financial Services Branch Department to meet or exceed branch/company objectives. Coach and train Loan Officers, monitor multiple production and lock-related reports, track capture rates, and manage weekly meetings while recruiting and evaluating performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach Loan Officers on sales techniques and increase business
- Review PTC, Production Summary, Lock Expiration, and Overage/Concessions reports
- Track application capture rate and closing capture rate
- Lead weekly Loan Officer meeting and attend weekly builder meeting
- Recruit, train, and review performance of Loan Officers
Technical Overview
Operational reporting and performance management using PTC report, Production Summary report, Lock Expiration reports, and Overage/Concessions report to manage branch production and execution metrics. Supervisory workflow includes interviewing, hiring, training, performance appraisal, and issue resolution.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mortgage/financial services leader with 6-8 years of related experience (or a bachelor's degree) who can coach and supervise Loan Officers. They are experienced in monitoring key performance metrics (application capture rate and closing capture rate) and reviewing production and lock reports to drive branch/company objectives.
Must-Have Skills
Bachelor's degree (B.
