Brand Compliance and Reporting Analyst handles Licensee onboarding, Collaboration onboarding, and Gift with Purchase onboarding and compliance activities across VF brands. The role supports Responsible Sourcing by coordinating data, managing compliance workflows, audits, and maintaining records.

  • Partner, Licensee & Vendor Screening -> Conduct desktop screenings; Manage disclosures; Collect and maintain documentation; Escalate screening risks; Present VF Factory Compliance info to Partners and Factories
  • Audit Requests, Reports, and Corrective Action Coordination -> Create new accounts, monitor status; Track audit requests and timelines; Coordinate factory audits; Review audit reports; Support corrective action tracking
  • Factory & Collaboration Onboarding -> Onboard Collaboration Partners; Collect policy and partner information; Educate partners on VF's requirements; Manage collaboration vendor compliance
  • GWP Vendor Onboarding -> Onboard preferred vendors; Support understanding of GWP processes; Collect and organize vendor documentation; Lead annual GWP training
  • Communication, Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement -> Provide timely communication; Maintain compliance databases; Analyze data; Stay up-to-date on onboarding activity

Non-technical; focuses on onboarding, audits, documentation, and data/reporting for compliance.

The ideal candidate is an entry-level Brand Compliance Analyst with 1+ year experience in apparel/footwear compliance or sourcing, capable of managing licensee onboarding, collaboration onboarding, and GWP compliance. They should be comfortable coordinating audits, maintaining documentation, and communicating with cross-functional stakeholders.
