About this role
HF Sinclair is seeking a Brand Manager to grow the Sinclair brand value through strategic planning and new creative brand campaigns. The role leads agency and vendor relationships, develops actionable insights and marketing programs, and drives performance across SEO, PPC, social media, and brand KPI tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead brand strategy, positioning, and standards
- Manage agency and vendor relationships and marketing budgets
- Develop actionable insights strategy and brand campaigns (ATL and BTL)
- Manage social media (organic social calendar and community management)
- Own SEO and PPC ROI performance plus premium fuel and brand licensing strategy
Technical Overview
This is a digital and brand performance role centered on SEO (Search Engine Optimization), PPC (Pay-Per-Click) ROI optimization, social media program execution, and measurable brand KPI management. It also includes campaign development across ATL/BTL and managing brand licensing strategy and premium fuel penetration initiatives.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a marketing professional with 7+ years of experience managing and growing a Fortune 500 brand or launching an innovative brand. They are strong in brand strategy, consumer segmentation and persona building, and can lead agency relationships to deliver high-performing brand campaigns across ATL/BTL, social media, SEO, and PPC. They also bring experience building measurable brand KPI plans and driving growth initiatives like premium fuel penetration and brand licensing strategy.
