About this role
Support HF Sinclair’s Brand Marketing Team with tactical delivery across campaigns, reporting, and marketing material coordination. The role includes social media support, marketing analytics/dashboards, loyalty program updates, email campaigns, and Salesforce reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with social media campaigns and coordination with the marketing agency
- Maintain marketing reports, dashboards, and post-campaign summaries
- Support the annual Brand Marketing Calendar and brand guideline compliance
- Coordinate loyalty program activities including DINOPAY updates, promotions, and email campaigns
- Update website presence and maintain Salesforce reporting for Brand Marketing activities
Technical Overview
Hands-on marketing execution with social media campaigns, marketing reports and dashboards, and Salesforce reporting for Brand Marketing activities. Utilizes Adobe Creative Cloud Suite for basic graphic design and applies AI LLMs to improve marketing outcomes; may work with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journey Design & Creation (preferred).
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level brand marketing professional with 1 to 3 years of experience supporting brand marketing initiatives, including social media campaign execution and reporting. They have basic graphic design capability with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and can use AI LLMs to improve marketing outcomes, along with experience maintaining marketing calendars and Salesforce reporting.
