About this role

Supports Key Investment Services and Key Banc Capital Markets operations with desk coverage, account processing, and workflow improvements during high-volume periods and staff shortages.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in covering open desks for the areas noted above due to absence in operationally high risk areas
Desk coverage could include: opening/maintaining accounts, processing deposits, updating cost basis, processing annuity orders, reconciling differences
Manage assignments and meet deadlines
Communicate with management and maintain confidentiality
Identify problems and implement process improvements

Technical Overview

Back-office operations knowledge, risk management concepts, regulatory compliance, and data-oriented problem solving; familiarity with banking transaction processing.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a mid-to-senior level operations analyst with 3+ years in brokerage/capital markets operations, capable of covering desks during high volume, completing back-office tasks, and driving process improvements with a strong focus on regulatory compliance.

Must-Have Skills

Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or equivalent experienceFour (4) years of relevant work experienceStrong communication and time management skills
