Key Responsibilities

Meet or exceed sales and service goals
Perform brow bar services including eyebrow waxing, tinting, threading
Use appointment book/system to book guests' appointments
Maintain cleanliness and compliance
Collaborate with store team on events and promotions

Technical Overview

No software engineering or IT systems; relies on scheduling systems and POS for service bookings and guest management.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a licensed cosmetologist or esthetician with hands-on experience in brow and facial waxing, tinting, and makeup application, who can deliver high quality guest service while driving Benefit brand sales. They should be comfortable managing appointments and participating in in-store events.
