About this role

Build To Rent - Disposition Analyst participates in monetization of Build-To-Rent investments and provides analytical support to the Managing Director and Director of Dispositions.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in the development of disposition strategies for BTR investments
Determine optimal sell timing to maximize value and forecast quarterly sales goals
Review broker opinion of values to ensure accuracy of the pro forma and projected valuation for BTR investments prior to a marketing launch
Present well-supported arguments for or against specific investment opportunities
Participate in the disposition process including broker selection, integrity/accuracy of offering materials, marketing process and closing

Technical Overview

Real estate finance, disposition analytics, valuation, forecasting, data room management, broker processes; Excel modeling.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an entry-level to junior real estate dispositions professional with 1-3 years experience in CRE, investment banking or private equity, strong Excel modeling, and the ability to forecast quarterly sales with clear communication and presentation skills.

Must-Have Skills
