We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will bridge business needs and technical solutions by analyzing data, designing database structures, and delivering actionable insights through dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements for data projects
Conduct data analysis using SQL, R, Python
Design and develop database schemas, ETL processes
Create dashboards with Tableau, Power BI, Looker
Manage project workflows within Agile SDLC

Technical Overview

Stack includes SQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, Talend ETL, Tableau/Power BI/Looker; Visualization and data integration; Agile SDLC; Data governance and security; Bash scripting; VBA considered a plus.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a data-driven Business Analyst with strong SQL, ETL, and visualization skills, capable of designing database schemas, executing dashboards in Tableau/Power BI/Looker, and bridging business needs with technical solutions in an Agile environment.
