Business Analyst II supporting NASA eMITS by providing Service Management and ServiceNow Platform BA support; responsibilities include eliciting requirements, facilitating sessions, and maintaining backlog and governance within an Agile framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, refine, document business and functional requirements
- Facilitate working sessions with stakeholders, product owners, developers, and platform admins
- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps
- Support backlog development, grooming, and release planning
- Ensure proposed solutions maintain platform stability and governance
Technical Overview
Focused on ServiceNow BA activities, Agile/Scrum practices, backlog management, and governance across multiple stakeholders; uses MS Office 365, SharePoint, Box for collaboration.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level business analyst with 6+ years of BA/PM experience, strong ServiceNow experience, and proven Agile/Scrum capabilities, capable of translating acquisition needs into ServiceNow-enabled requirements for NASA eMITS.
