About this role
This Business Analyst role supports the Client Relationship Center (CRC) by delivering accurate, timely reporting and participating in requirements-driven reporting needs. The role also contributes to system/product design decisions, creates test plans, and supports business unit acceptance testing, while driving workflow and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and distribute accurate, timely reporting for CRC business units
- Gather requirements and deliver new or ad-hoc reporting needs
- Develop complete and accurate test plans for new products and system enhancements
- Assist with business unit acceptance testing for deployments
- Lead workflow and process improvement initiatives and communicate with CRC, IT, and other departments
Technical Overview
The technical scope is centered on data analysis, reporting tool enablement, and quality assurance via complete test plan creation and business unit acceptance testing. It also involves collaborating on product and system design/functionality and improving CRC workflows and processes.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level Business Analyst who acts as an internal consultant to the Client Relationship Center (CRC).
