Business Analyst to support cash management and access channel initiatives across a portfolio of products, partnering with product, technology, and operations to support enhancements and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform business analysis across assigned cash management and access channel products
  • Gather, validate, and document business and functional requirements
  • Collaborate with technology and project teams through the development and delivery lifecycle
  • Support implementation of process and product changes, including updates to procedures and controls
  • Evaluate current processes to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement
