About this role
This role supports the product team by analyzing business processes, defining requirements, and helping deliver enhancements through Agile execution. The Business Analyst also supports user acceptance testing and develops business use cases to ensure solutions meet customer/end-user needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis for process improvement, systems enhancement, and user training
- Apply business process modeling for business outcome deliverables
- Support user acceptance testing and represent business users in product evaluation
- Define measurable process improvement objectives and participate in grooming features sessions
- Develop business use cases and research ad hoc projects
Technical Overview
The technical scope is functional/requirements-focused: business process modeling, process improvement, and Agile delivery support. It includes supporting UAT and mapping product enhancements to business process change, with possible tooling in Smartsheet.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level to junior Business Analyst with a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience in Business Process development. They have 1–3 years of experience with Project Management and Agile Product Development, are skilled in business process modeling, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure customer/end-user requirements are met.
