Business Analyst III serves as the liaison between business and IT, translating complex business needs into application software, developing project plans, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives in a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as liaison between business and IT; develop project plans and coordinate resources; ensure requirements are incorporated into system design and testing; produce recurring reporting and KPI metrics; prepare materials for governance
Technical Overview
Strong focus on SDLC, SQL, agile methodologies, and BI tools (Tableau). Requires interface with healthcare regulatory requirements, SharePoint, and data reporting.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior business analyst with 5+ years of healthcare domain experience, strong SDLC and data analytics skills, and proficiency with JIRA, Visio, and Tableau to translate complex business needs into IT solutions.
