Senior-level business analyst responsible for advanced process analysis and insights to drive organizational efficiency. Partners with stakeholders to identify opportunities, gather requirements, and develop metrics; may lead small teams on process improvement projects.

Technical Overview
Focus on business analysis frameworks, requirements analysis, and data-driven recommendations. Uses BI tools Tableau and Power BI, along with Microsoft Office Suite, to develop insights and present to leadership.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior-level business analyst with active TS/SCI clearance, 6+ years of experience in business analysis and process improvement, and strong capabilities in requirements gathering and metrics development, capable of leading small teams and communicating with leadership.
