Key Responsibilities

Engage with leadership and customer groups to understand needs and recommend business intelligence solutions
Partner with engineering to define data elements and data structures for seller experience metrics
Design, implement, and support self-serve platforms and data visualization tools for deep dives
Interface with business customers to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions
Own ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to drive key business decisions

Technical Overview

Works in complex data warehouse environments to build and maintain business intelligence solutions, metrics, and dashboards. Uses Microsoft Excel and Tableau to visualize data, and collaborates on defining data elements, data structures, and data standardization for seller experience metrics.

The ideal candidate is a mid-level Business Analyst with 3+ years of tax, finance, or related analytical experience and 5+ years of Excel expertise (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, and power pivots) plus Tableau experience. They thrive in complex data warehouse environments and can define requirements, translate metrics into dashboards and reporting, and partner with engineering to shape data structures and seller experience metrics.
