About this role
This role serves as a Principal Analyst for Corporate Applications supporting application configuration, maintenance, and support of key SAP-driven corporate systems. It partners with business users and technology teams to translate requirements into executable delivery units, enhance productivity, mitigate risk, and resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and configure corporate applications with focus on SAP S/4HANA, SAP DataSphere, Retail Billing Systems, and SAP Analytics Cloud
- Liaise between business and technology teams to translate requirements into executable delivery units
- Identify and implement projects to improve productivity of assigned business areas
- Drive cloud transformation projects to lower IT infrastructure costs
- Update/create documentation (Business Process Designs, Functional Designs) and contribute to application strategy & architecture

They bring strong Agile delivery experience, have led organizational change initiatives across large user bases, and can translate business requirements into executable technical delivery units while driving cloud transformation work.
