Business Analyst – Pension for Sabot Consulting leading enterprise analysis, design, and testing activities across pension systems and government programs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead analysis and design for enterprise systems
Facilitate JAR/JAD sessions
Document requirements and traceability
Build Power BI dashboards
Assist in test script development

Technical Overview

Proficient with BI dashboards (Power BI), JIR/Confluence, ServiceNow, SharePoint; experienced in BRDs, use cases, design artifacts, JAD/JAR sessions, and UAT testing; familiar with pension/government programs.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an experienced business analyst and process engineer with 5+ years in BPM, requirement elicitation, and UAT, plus hands-on BI dashboard experience and strong documentation skills.

Must-Have Skills
