About this role
Serve as a Business Analyst/Scrum Master hybrid, connecting business needs to technology solutions while facilitating Agile/Scrum delivery. You will run Scrum ceremonies, manage backlog communications with Product Owners, track risks in Jira, and support validation/testing against acceptance criteria.

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and promote Scrum framework adoption, Identify and manage risks in Jira, Collaborate with multiple Product Owners for backlog management, Support validation and testing to meet acceptance criteria, Interface between solutions architects/developers and stakeholders/users
Technical Overview
This role operates in an Agile environment using Scrum ceremonies and Jira for backlog and risk tracking. Optional/desired familiarity includes Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint, with a strong focus on requirements, workflows, and lifecycle/project management methods.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a Business Analyst/Scrum Master with 8+ years of relevant experience and hands-on experience working in an Agile environment. They facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage and track risks in Jira, collaborate with multiple Product Owners, and support validation/testing against acceptance criteria—ideally with Jira familiarity and a Certified Scrum Master credential.
