About this role

Senior business analyst responsible for highly specialized studies to improve managerial policies, processes, and organizational structures within the Water Resources Department; leads data collection, benchmarking, and budgeting initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plans study of work systems, processes and procedures
  • Gathers and organizes information on problems, systems, processes or procedures
  • Synthesizes current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations
  • Formulates mathematical or simulation models
  • Prepares management reports defining and evaluating problems
