About this role
The Business Continuity Planner develops, maintains, and tests BC/DR/IR plans for AxNA platforms and Inc., coordinating with leadership and IT to ensure operational resilience and regulatory alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with AxNA platforms to assess BC/DR/IR risks
- Develop, document, maintain BC, DR, and IR plans
- Establish and manage a recurring testing and exercise program
- Maintain centralized repository of BC/DR/IR documentation
- Track and report on program maturity, risks, test results
Technical Overview
Role focuses on BC/DR/IR governance, risk assessment, and cross-functional coordination with MS 365 tools; testing via tabletop and live exercises; integrates with security operations.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level business continuity professional with 2-4 years of BC/DR/IR experience, strong governance and risk management skills, and the ability to coordinate across multi-site platforms. They should be proficient with NIST CSF, ISO 22301, and familiar with Microsoft 365 and tabletop exercises; comfortable communicating with senior leadership.
