About this role
The Business Data Analyst III provides advanced analytical and decision-support services across DLA portfolio programs, supporting business case development, project planning, BPR, and performance measurement. The role requires working in a matrixed environment, delivering data-driven reports and executive briefings, and utilizing enterprise tools including DLA-approved systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide analytical support to DLA portfolio and program initiatives
- Conduct business case analyses to support investment, modernization, and operational decisions
- Develop data-driven reports, dashboards, and executive briefings
- Support enterprise task management, portfolio tracking, and service management using DLA-approved tools
- Present and defend analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
Technical Overview
Stack includes MS Office, Power BI, DLA enterprise tools (TMT, SharePoint, EFM, PEO Task Tracker), and ServiceNow; focus on data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and executive-level deliverables within a regulated government setting.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior data/ business analyst with 7+ years in data analysis, proficient in Microsoft Office, able to support DoD-related programs, with experience in project management and data reporting, and holds an active Secret clearance.
