Hippo Innovations is hiring a Business Development Executive to drive outbound sales and new customer acquisition. The role focuses on prospecting, virtual demos, supporting proposals and pricing, and managing a CRM pipeline while conducting market research.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead generation and prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social outreach
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations and pitches
- Support proposals, pricing quotes, and closing documents
- Maintain accurate CRM data and manage the lead lifecycle
- Perform market research on competitors and trends
Technical Overview

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in Outbound Sales, SaaS Sales, or B2B Sales and is comfortable driving lead generation through cold calls, emails, and social outreach. They can deliver virtual product demonstrations, manage a CRM-driven pipeline, and provide consultative client engagement to close effectively in a target-oriented environment.
