Business Development Manager for Amazon Hub Delivery leads regional partner acquisition, builds and develops a sales team, and drives pipeline, cost targets, and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of field-based sales associates responsible for recruiting small business owners to become Hub Delivery Partners
- Own regional partner, volume, and cost targets; develop and execute strategies to build pipeline and exceed monthly goals
- Partner with marketing and network stakeholders to align acquisition objectives with volume forecasts and capacity needs
- Hire, onboard, and manage performance and development of your sales team
- Track and report on sales performance through Salesforce; present results and insights to Amazon leadership
Technical Overview
Experience across cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), enterprise software, ad tech, and data/AI tech; strong negotiation and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned business development leader with 5+ years of enterprise software and cloud technology experience, capable of building a regional sales team and achieving acquisition targets for Hub Delivery.
