About this role
This contract Business Development Manager role owns sales performance and customer account outcomes for a set of retail accounts in the Metro region. You will develop joint business plans, negotiate agreements, manage trade and shopper marketing initiatives, and ensure new product listings and in-store execution while delivering annual net sales and profit targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic business initiatives and develop joint business plans with customers
- Negotiate annual agreements, promo activity, listing fees, price increases and costing
- Create and present business reviews and gain customer approval for in-store activation
- Conduct sales analytics; deliver annual net sales and profit targets; forecast sales volume and trade dollars
- Develop and present category management solutions; monitor trade activity execution and handle customer issues
Technical Overview

They can negotiate annual agreements and drive in-store activation to deliver annual net sales and profit targets.
