About this role
The BDR will identify and create new revenue opportunities by prospecting, cultivating strategic accounts, and expanding into new markets. You will build outbound pipelines, engage senior-level stakeholders, and collaborate with Marketing and Sales to progress opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop outbound strategies
- Identify decision-makers and build relationships
- Drive outreach campaigns (cold-calling, email, social selling)
- Qualify inbound leads and diagnose fit using BANT
- Maintain pipeline visibility and forecast
Technical Overview
Uses CRM (Salesforce) for pipeline and forecasting; works with ABM tools and AI-powered sales tools to surface high-intent accounts and enable personalized outreach; engages with APIs and integrations as needed.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level BDR with 2-5+ years in B2B SaaS, strong outbound prospecting, and a track record of engaging executive-level buyers. Must-have CRM experience (Salesforce) and ability to leverage ABM/outbound strategies with familiarity in BANT-led qualification.
